Refund/ Retum Policy

We are obliged to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service at mereled.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:

All returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase at mereled02@outlook.com or the Contact Us page.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. 
Returns must be in original the packaging and condition with the receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be rejected.
We are not responsible for the shipping charges for returns.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at mereled02@outlook.com. We will handle it promptly. You need to provide:

Order number
Proof of purchase
A picture of the damaged package or product
Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. Damage caused by the customer will incur an extra replacement fee.

Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.  

It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.

Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
