II. Special features of handmade customization
2.1 Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable
► Because each scarf is handmade and tailored, once the customized requirements you submit (such as color, embroidered name, size) are confirmed and put into production, we will not accept cancellation or return (except for quality issues).

2.2 Size responsibility notice
► Please strictly measure the dog's neck circumference according to the official website's instructions. Size discrepancies caused by measurement errors are not quality issues. We provide paid modification services (shipping costs are borne by yourself).

3. General commodity trading rules
3.1 Order and payment
► The order will be effective upon payment completion. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the manual production capacity is insufficient (a full refund will be made)
► Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Alipay Hong Kong

3.2 Delivery and tariffs
► Hong Kong local orders: SF Express cash on delivery, shipped within 3 working days
► International orders: shipped by DHL, buyers bear the tariffs, please provide evidence within 24 hours after signing for logistics damage

3.3 Standard product returns
► Non-customized products support 14-day unconditional returns (complete labels and packaging must be kept)
► The return shipping fee is borne by the buyer, and the refund will be processed within 3 working days after acceptance

4. Material safety commitment
4.1 All fabrics are certified by the International Ecological Textile Standard (OEKO-TEX) and are safe for contact with pet skin
4.2 Hand-sewn thread uses high-tenacity non-fluorescent cotton thread to avoid the risk of dog chewing and breaking

5. Intellectual property protection
5.1 You cannot

VI. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We are not responsible for
► Deformation and fading caused by users not following the washing instructions (hand wash in cold water/lay flat to dry)
► Product damage caused by pets' own behavior (biting, scratching)

VII. Changes to Terms and Jurisdiction
7.1 Modified terms will be announced on the official website 7 days in advance, and members will be notified of major changes by email
7.2 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are submitted to the Hong Kong Small Claims Tribunal
